Patti is a life-long strategic recruiter, who worked in staffing firms before starting her own agency. Patti is passionate about recruiting. She leaves no stone unturned to find the best candidates to fill her client’s jobs, whether they are top executive positions or entry level administrative roles.
Patti works tirelessly with each client and candidate to ensure that they are supported every step of the recruiting and hiring process. Her high-touch approach ensures she is a partner to her clients, understanding their needs and culture so she can then source the best candidates for their jobs. She counsels and guides her candidates every step along the interview process to ensure they are informed, engaged, and poised for success and a job offer.
Patti has a B.S. in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
