Human Resources Business Partner position at this start-up with a mission supports teams across multiple locations, partnering with stakeholders to focus on organizational design, change leadership and talent management. Candidate will be responsible for rolling out programs addressing workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and talent development, as well as recommending and implementing new practices as the company grows.
Client requires candidates have 4+ years experience as an HR Business Partner and in designing and deploying HR systems and processes, preferably in a start-up environment, as well as experience influencing and advising leadership on talent and employment issue and with people data analytics. Candidate must be able to work on multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously. A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field is needed.
