The Campus Recruiting Manager will lead and execute the company’s campus recruiting strategy, working closely with multiple functional areas to develop and maintain strategic relationships with college and universities. Based in New York, the Campus Recruiting Manager will also be responsible for establishing relationships with campus stakeholders, implementing and participating in campus activities such as presentations and career fairs, and coordinating the company’s intern program, including the hiring of interns and all entry level positions. The Campus Recruiting Manager will lead of team of one direct report.
Client requires candidates have 4+ years of campus recruiting experience and 2+ years of people leadership experience. Candidates should also have excellent project management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong client service thinking, the willingness to travel, including nights and weekends, during peak recruiting seasons, and a BA/BS degree.
