Administrative Assistant (Manhattan)

Administrative Assistant position will provide high level administrative support to a number of departments on the trading floor and back office/support functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal and external meetings, daily administrative tasks, and more.

 

Client requires candidates have at least one year of administrative experience preferably in a corporate environment or within investment banking, excellent administrative skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, be able to work in a fast-paced deadline focused environment, and be a self-starter.
